It seems like we all like to record things in our lives. We use them to learn, reminisce, and even share them with others. However, it seems that we don’t always think about sharing our recordings of our lives. We probably think that if we record something, we’ll forget about it in a few days and then we’ll forget it. But that’s not always the case.
One way to view your life is as a series of snapshots. Each snapshot is a record of your life. Each snapshot is a piece of your life you keep forever. In other words, we are all snapshot in our lives. The important thing to remember is that we should keep our snapshots with us. We should look at our snapshots often. We should even think about re-drawing them from time to time. This is called visual analytics because we can draw our life from our past snapshots.
This is the first of many examples of visual analytics. A person can track their activities like they can track their weight. They can see their body composition by viewing their snapshot. They can see their waist size by viewing their snap. They can see their height by viewing their snapshot. They can see a person’s weight by seeing their snapshot. It is a snapshot in time, in space, in depth. We can even see our feelings in our snapshot.
We also have the ability to see our present self. This is a huge benefit for those of us who can remember our lives. While we’re in the moment, we are able to see our past and present selves side by side. This is a great tool to help us see the pattern of how our lives have unfolded.
Snapshots provide an opportunity for us to see how our lives have unfolded. The only way to get them is to record yourself. As you are recording yourself, you are creating a snapshot in time. As we can see our lives from the snapshot, we can see the path we’ve followed. We can see the pattern of how our lives have unfolded. Not only that, but we can see how we’ve changed our own lives by seeing how we’ve changed our own snapshot.
For example, we can see that weve created a habit of drinking. We can see that weve created a habit of eating a lot of fast food (especially a pizza). We can see that weve created a habit of smoking a lot of cigarettes. We can see that weve created a habit of sleeping a lot of hours. We can see that weve created a habit of using a lot of drugs. We can see that weve created a habit of committing adultery.
We’ll probably never know how many habits we’ve created and how many habits we’ve destroyed. But we can see that we’ve stopped ourselves from doing the things we want to do.
The funny thing is that it doesn’t seem to be much of a habit to stop. It seems that habits are the easiest to break, and they seem to be the most difficult to reverse.
But in the end, all habits are good habits. Once habits form, most people just need to do them for a while until they get into a rhythm and stick. This is where you start to see the difference between bad habits and good habits. Good habits are ones that can be broken. Bad habits are ones that can’t be broken. If a person can stop engaging in bad habits, it means they have the potential to break good habits, and vice versa.
There is a difference between good and bad habits. You’ll recognize good habits if your life is a train you’re going to a meeting, and you’ll recognize bad habits if you see a friend and they’re going to a meeting, but you still have to do it. It’s the same reason we don’t always say “I’m going to bed.” When you’re tired, you’re going to bed.
