I’m a big fan of the 3L method. The 3L is based on the 3L view of life as a whole; the 3L view of life is a philosophy about life that promotes the idea that you can be more aware of and change what you do in life to become a better person and a more successful person.
The 3L approach is basically to let go of things that aren’t working and to do things with more awareness and a larger consciousness. This can involve anything from changing your diet to doing more of the things you enjoy (like painting or gardening) to letting go of things that are not enjoyable to not being obsessed with something you are not good at.
This one is a bit easier. You can change your overall attitude and improve your life by simply being more aware of what and who you are and what you want to be. To illustrate your point, imagine the things you hate about yourself and change them. It can be anything from going to a less stressful place to getting a new tattoo to having a new haircut.
There are a lot of things that you just don’t like about yourself, and the first thing you should do is to realize them. You can start by taking a look at the things you do not like about yourself. This can be anything from drinking too much to eating a lot of junk food to being overweight. If you change your attitude to something that is enjoyable, you will start to see improvement.
It is so easy to become obsessed with the things you like. You start to get worried that you are not as nice to people as you thought you were. You start to think that you would be more attractive if you were a certain type of person, or a certain color of eyes. These kinds of self-imposed changes are usually temporary, unless somebody helps you.
I’ve found that self-imposed change is really easy to come up with if you have the right attitude. The more you like yourself, the more you like the things you like. You can be the person with the best body and eyes in the world, but if you are overweight you will feel insecure about this. So just start doing what you like, and when you are the type of person you like, you will start to feel better.
How do I know if it’s a good attitude or not? Because most things that affect our self-perceptions get worse when we are not aware of them. You can tell just by looking at yourself and noticing how others look at you. If you feel like you are the type of person who likes making a big impression, you are more likely to change. If you feel like you don’t look like a person you should be, you are more likely to change.
I would bet that most people who complain about the way they look or think that there are things they cannot be good at will have a serious problem with it. You could be more aware of the things you can do to improve your self-perception if you were to take care of yourself.
If you want to change your self-perception, you need to take care of yourself. The first step is to realize that you have issues with your beliefs, beliefs that may be true, but for whatever reason you are afraid to face them. These beliefs could be true, but as you change your beliefs you change your life.
Believe it or not, but the first step to change your self-perception is to ask yourself why you are afraid to face your problems. If you don’t know the answer to that question, then you really will never know what type of self-awareness you have or lack.
