It’s an icon that shows up in almost any web browser when you hover over a link or image. It’s also a link icon.

I know I tend to use the link icon almost exclusively, but I think this is a very cool design choice. It makes for a very easy way to get your blog posts to show up in the search results.

The thumbnail image icon is the same as the link icon, just with a different color. I like this because it makes it look as if I’m a small picture rather than a big text icon. This one also works well in blog comments. In blog comments, you can hover over a comment icon and it will show you the full post.

Thumbnail images are one of the first things people often Google if they are looking for a blog post. So the thumbnail icon is a pretty cool way to show up in your search results as well.

The thumbnail icon is also one of the first things people Google if they have a question. So, if you hover over a thumbnail icon, you will see a list of related images to the post that you clicked. Hovering over a thumbnail image will show you the full size of the image at the bottom of the post.

The thumbnail icon will also show up on the front page of a blog if you hover over it.
