To me, it is more than just saying what you want to hear. It is also being true to your own self-awareness by letting go of the bullshit that is so often associated with self-awareness. As long as you are able to be present in the moment, you will realize what is truly important to you and what is not.
One of the ways to practice being present on a moment-by-moment basis is to actually write down what you want to say. It is a great way to not only put yourself in the moment, but it is good for you as you practice not being so rigid about the way that you think.
Writing out what you want to say is actually a great way to practice being present. If you have a problem with something, write it down. If you have a dream, write it down. If you are afraid of something, write it down. If you are feeling anxious, write it down. If you are confused about something, write it down.
When you do this you’ll find that you will be able to more fully understand yourself and what you do. You will find that you are no longer so rigid about your thoughts and beliefs. You will find that you can write things down and even talk about things with your friends you have not even talked about with your friends you have talked about with for years.
People who take the time to write things down are often better listeners, calmer, and less anxious. Writing things down helps you to put your thoughts in words that you may not have considered before. If you are anxious about something, write it down. If you are uncertain about something, write it down.
Writing things down is a good way to get rid of your anxiety and doubts. If you do not write things down you will never know how you feel, or why you feel that way. Writing things down helps you to put thoughts in words that you may not have considered before.

I could say a lot of things about the fact that I am writing this at 7:45 PM. But I won’t because I don’t want to talk about this. Instead, I’m going to talk about the fact that I’m sitting here in a room full of people thinking about this.
The fact that you’re sitting in a room full of people making this decision, or even that you’re thinking about this decision, is a testament to the fact that you are in a place where you don’t always have to make decisions. You can choose to be sitting right there in that room, or you can choose to be somewhere else.
