The staff are great and the room is very well-appointed, but the mall is a bit farther from the hotel.

That being said, if you want to stay in a place that’s less than a five minute walk from the downtown mall, then this is definitely the place. The hotel is located in the central business district in Chicago, but because it’s just a few blocks from the downtown mall, it is a really convenient location for people like me and my husband.
