It can be a little tricky to export your outlook contacts to gmail.

First you’ll need to set up your gmail account. You can learn more about setting up your gmail account here. Once you’ve got your account set up, you can open the Microsoft Outlook app and select Export. Select the folder you’d like to export to and you’ll be presented with a list of your contacts. Select the contacts you’d like to export and you’ll be prompted to enter their email address.

Then export your contacts to gmail. At the bottom of the Excel spreadsheet youll see a grid of contacts, each of which will need to be exported and attached as a new email. Once your contacts are exported, you can import them into your Outlook. To import them, open up your Outlook and go to your inbox. Theres a new “import” tab. From there you can import your contacts and attach them to your gmail account.

Outlook is great if you’re working on a computer at home. But when youre on the road, or maybe youre in the car while on the road, it can get pretty annoying. So to make it easier for you, we’ve created a quick, but effective, export utility that will let you easily export your outlook contacts to gmail.

Theres a nifty way to do that. Outlook is integrated with Google’s Gmail, so when you click on an email, Outlook will automatically open your Gmail inbox. You can then enter your Gmail email address and your Outlook contacts will appear in your Gmail inbox. Theres a bit of a learning curve for this, but once you get it, you can use it to keep track of all your contacts on your phone, computer, tablet, and other devices.

The good thing about the Outlook integration is that it can be used to keep track of all your contacts across a variety of devices. You can then use it to send and receive your emails with the Gmail inbox, as well as importing all your contacts from other devices into your Gmail account.

To get started, go to your Inbox > Settings > Export > Contacts. Then select Export > Outlook > Outlook contacts. It’s available under the Contacts tab as well. Then click the Export button and follow the on-screen instructions.
