I know that the term router has been thrown around a lot recently, both on this website and in the news. I think that the term router is usually used to describe an internal or private network that is used for specific purposes. I don’t really think the term ‘router’ is appropriate here though. Because the router that Colt uses doesn’t have anything to do with the network that he is using. It’s just a piece of hardware that is used to transmit data across a shared network.

A router is just a piece of hardware that takes data and translates it into packets to be sent out to the network. In this case, Colt is using that router to relay all of his information around the web.

While Colt is doing all of this, he is also using the router to access internet services from different computers, and this is where Private Networks comes in. Private Networks is a network that can be accessed only by a specific person, or by a limited number of people as a specific group. Although this is mainly used for VPNs, they are also used for other things. Private Networks can be accessed by computers that are not part of the public internet. They can be accessed by any computer.
